I also know that TAPA did a strategic study that focused on performing arts in Toronto. I've been interested in looking at the numbers too but have been spending too much time in comments sections to do any serious research. I'd love it if you could share what you find.MK Piatkowskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03121227101455959849noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8706119774192961138.post-75248980480145075902008-09-25T13:29:00.000-04:002008-09-25T13:29:00.000-04:00Well written and thought out. I left a message for you on Facebook as well - I am looking for studies which confirm that every dollar invested in the arts results in a four-fold return on investment for the Government, and also, I'm looking for studies that explore why.

It seems that for the next three weeks, we all need to take time away from our individual artistic endeavours and persue the hearts and minds of the electorate. We can do it - we're artists! Where to start?!"

So I don't want to flat out steal your post (even though you invited it), but if you're interested, could you post it at the "Ordinary Canadians DO SUPPORT the Arts, Mr. Harper.
